EMS Chile S.A. was founded to bring mining legal expertise directly to exploration companies and international investors without the overhead of a large corporate firm. Our founder, Cristián Amunátegui, is a Santiago Bar Association member with over 30 years of experience in mining law, construction law, real estate, and foreign investment in Chile.
We work remotely across Chile and internationally — advising construction companies, real estate investors, mining juniors listed on the TSX/TSXV, and international funds on Chilean law matters.
